In accordance with the Privacy Act, the “controller” of your personal data is Breva Cycling. The handling linked to the consultation and to the use of are conducted solely by authorised Breva Cycling personnel via remote access to the server on which our website is held, on the hosting service Keliweb – C.da Concistocchi snc – 87100 Cosenza.

It is possible that other personnel authorised by Breva Cycling may have access to the website and your personal data in occasional maintenance web operations in which technical staff may be required. We further handle personal data in relation to optional, explicit or voluntary information provided during registration on the website for your email address to easily check current and previous purchase orders made on and to purchase products more quickly via the website. During this electronic order process, you will be asked for some information regarding your email address, for example your name and surname, company name, partita IVA** & Codice Fiscale***, postal address, and delivery address and contact telephone number; the data regarding payment of the price of the products on if different from those of delivery.

In order to send our newsletter to you, we request that you indicate your email address only in the case that you are interested in receiving it. The data indicated by an asterisk is compulsory to permit the completion of your purchase order, and so that Breva Cycling may meet your specific requirements. If you do not complete this data correctly, it will make it impossible for Breva Cycling to continue with the order and meet your requirements. The data which are not marked by an asterisk are optional and do not carry any consquence should you not provide this information as Breva Cycling can carry out the purchase order and meet your specific requirements.
