How soon is an order shipped after it has been placed?
We ship within one day from when the order is placed.
You can track your order by clicking on the link provided by DHL in the email confirming their receipt of the goods.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped worldwide with DHL Express.
Italy: 1 business day/5 euros
Rest of Europe: 2 business days/10 euros
Rest of the world: about 3-4 days/20 euros
Breva offers free shipping in Europe for orders over 150 euros.
Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes on international orders?
Yes, if you’re buying from a country outside the EU, the order may be subject to these costs.
Customs costs and duties are not included in the price of our products nor in the shipping costs, and are charged to the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate these costs as they vary depending on the country, the product category and the shipper. Keep in mind that customs expenses cannot be reimbursed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can request a replacement or refund for a purchased product within 30 days of the order’s delivery by sending an email to the following address: email@example.com.
The shipping costs for returning your garments will be borne by Breva Cycling.
Once the garments are received, we will proceed to send a new garment or a refund will be carried out immediately, but it may take a few days for the transaction to become visible on your account. Considering that each credit card manages refunds differently, we cannot provide the precise timing of when the refund will actually be processed. We will use the same payment method for the refund that was used to place the order.
We cannot refund any garments which have been washed, damaged or are no longer in salable conditions for reasons for which we are not responsible.
